STEELMAX has agreements with national and international structural engineers that understand CFS construction. Our partnership with these engineers allows us to redesign any project within the shortest amount of time and within budget.

HOSPITALITY
Our CFS designs are ideal for mid sized hotels (3-8 floors). Load bearing or non load bearing walls, floor systems that remove the requirement for concrete toppers and turnkey interior wall systems (drywall, ACT and insulation). Keep your client's investment within budget.
MULTI FAMILY
We supply and install all components that are called out in our "Delegated Design Engineered" plans. This includes all stud and track, C-joists or trusses, composite metal or MgO decking and exterior sheathing. Apartment style, townhome, garden villas or stacked design are no problem.
SENIOR LIVING
In more and more states the requirement for framing with any form of Senior Assisted Living, Memory Care or Independent Living is CFS. This is due to the non-combustible nature of the building materials thus reducing builder's risk insurance along with ongoing insurance premiums.
