We buy direct cutting out the middleman and can dictate the time of deliveries and what is included in our deliveries to each and every project. Cost savings come from our redesigned plans on quality construction materials from leading manufacturers around the country. At the same time, we are able to provide meaningful value to our suppliers in return.

C-Joists, CFS Trusses and Bar Joists

STUD AND TRACK

All materials used in your projects are pre-cut at our affiliate manufacturing plants. This means less material waste, reduced costs and quicker construction time. All materials are sourced from North American mills so no time wasted with lengthy overseas shipping or unwanted tariffs.

C-JOISTS

The ideal floor system component for hotels. Great for medium length spans. Less manufacturing time allows for aggressive pricing on this option. Our core focus is the reduction in the price per unit paid by our clients for the materials that go into every project they build.

CFS TRUSSES

A patented design manufactured in the Eastern US. This option allows for greater spanning in hotel common areas as well as all multi-family residential projects. Our manufacturers engineer all CFS truss floor for full approval from any local or state building code.

BAR JOISTS

Also manufactured in the US and ideal for projects requiring longer spans or supporting metal decking with concrete topper. These joists are often spaced at larger spacing (48" oc.) allowing for easy access to install all MEP connections.

COMPOSITE DECKING

This product is primarily made up of a composition of magnesium oxide which is extra strong, green, fire resistant, moisture resistant and cost effective making it a great alternative to concrete decking. The installation is fully handled but our CFS framers thus removing one extra trade on the jobsite. Once screwed down the next level of framing can commence. This quality material (magnesium oxide) has been traditionally sourced overseas but as of Q3 of this year we now have a US source for the manufacturing of these boards. This will be the first in the US,
